How to set up machine torch:
Refer to manufacturer's instructions for your specific torch.
Because the Powermax is compatible with a wide variety of cutting tables, track burners, pipe bevelers, and so on, please refer to manufacturer's instructions.
Ensure the torch and table are set up correctly.
Use a square to align the torch at right angles to the workpiece in two dimensions.
Clean, check and tune.
The torch may travel more smoothly if you clean, check and tune the cutting table's rails and drive system.
Ensure torch does not touch the workpiece during cutting.
Contact with the workpiece can damage the shield and nozzle and affect the cut surface.
