This 24-piece kit of consumable parts contains swirl rings, electrodes, nozzles, retaining caps, shields, and deflectors to fill out your welding parts inventory.
The kit includes parts compatible for welding at amperages of 45, 65, and 85. Set your amperage based on the thickness of the metal you’re cutting. If the metal is thin, set it lower. More amps should be used for thicker metals.
This Hypertherm Powermax mechanized consumable kit is compatible with the following torches:
- Powermax Handheld Kit—H65/H65s/HRT/HRTs with Powermax 1000
- Powermax Mechanized Kit—M65/M65m/MRT with Powermax 1000
