The Powermax45 XP brings you unbelievable cutting capacity at faster speeds, all in one sleek ergonomic design. The Powermax45 XP slashes through 5/8” (16 mm) of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum in a flash and gouges and marks with efficiency and precision.
When you buy the Hypertherm Powermax45 XP, you'll get a CNC interface and a FastConnect™ torch connection with Smart Sense™ technology to monitor and adjust your air pressure automatically. Patented drag-cutting technology makes using your lightweight portable plasma cutter easy.
The Hypertherm Powermax45 XP has consumables available for fine feature marking, cutting, extended reach cutting, gouging and precision gouging.
Hypertherm provides a variety of torches for both cutting and gouging, as well as specialized consumables for marking. Their products are 1.5 times faster than oxyfuel when cutting ¼” mild steel, and the quality of the cuts and gouges are so good you'll have less time spent on grinding and preparing the edges.
