Lightweight and well balanced for prolonged use by the welder is what the Miller Spoolmate 3035 (195016) was designed for. That and feeding aluminum wire through itself while MIG welding. This MIG welding gun has extra contact tips that come along with it complementary to allow for continual use without needing to go out and replace the parts that become worn or damaged through use. Meaning that with the 20 foot flexible cable that comes along with it and a spool canister shaped to protect the wire this gun will allow you to easily see the spool as well as enable plenty of reach and accessibility to your work. How to Change Liner on the Spoolmate:
- Turn OFF.
Turn off power at welding source before you begin.
- Remove Nozzle Tip.
Remove nozzle and contact tip.
- Replace Liner.
Remove and replace liner on the gun.
- Assemble Nozzle Tip.
Reinstall the nozzle and contact tip in the same order as they were removed.
