The Blacksmith
What a great engine welder! This machine has all kinds of bells and whistles and most importantly lays consistent welds every time. I'm still learning on the new technology and playing with the fine tune settings. Very customizable between jobs and projects. I got the WIC jump start model. The remote makes this machine extremely efficient when you're 100-125ft away from the welder on the truck. This machine is clearly capable of anything you want to throw at it. Even arc gouging with a 1/8 rod (DCEN) at 225 ish amps is not a challenge for this welder. So far I'm extremely impressed with how advanced this welder operates. Looking forward to putting a lot of hours on this rig.

I got the model with the battery charger option and the other day I had an old Kenworth that had 4 dead batteries on it and I hooked the charging cables up to it from the welding machine and had the truck started in about 15 minutes! The efi gets good fuel economy and I like the fact that it doesn't need to be at high idle just to run small power tools.
