With a CNC interface and FastConnect™ torch connection, the Powermax 45 XP can be used in either a handheld or mechanized torch configuration. Plus, Hypertherm offers a wide range of torches for both types of operation, as well as specialty consumables for cutting, gouging and marking. Cut speeds are 1.5 times faster than oxyfuel on ¼” mild steel, and the quality of the cuts and gouges are so good you’ll spend less time grinding and prepping edges.
