The Miller Bobcat 250 welder generator is the most popular in the industry and for good reason. The redesigned Miller Bobcat 250 Welder Generator provides a lot of power and is quieter to operate. It's easier to maintain and is smaller and lighter.
This welder generator has a versatile AC and DC weld output, providing quality welds for all types of metals. DC runs smooth and easy while AC Stick is there for when Arc blow occurs. With Accu-Rated 11,000 watts of usable peak power, the Miller Bobcat 250 Welder Generator is perfect for jobs with maximum loads like plasma cutting, Millermatic MIG welders and motor starting. The Accu-rated peak power creates smooth power, not spike power. It beats the competition’s very short duration peak for surge power. It boasts a large 12-gallon fuel tank allowing it to run for a long time before needing to refuel.
The Miller Bobcat 250 Welder Generator runs very quietly. The significant improvements in sound level allow for better communication on job sites. This welder generator has improved the design by shifting the engine towards the front to create better airflow, allowing a significant reduction in noise levels. With quieter operation, you can start earlier and work later especially around residential or business areas.
The new design is also smaller and lighter. Having a smaller design will reduce the amount of space taken on trucks and trailers, leaving much more room for your other equipment.
The Miller Bobcat 250 Welder Generator is perfect for a large variety of maintenance and repair operations in construction, farm, and ranch. It is designed for long runtimes, reliability, convenience, and maximum performance.

This switch is used to start engine, select speed, and stop engine. In Run/Idle position, engine runs at idle speed at no load, and weld/power speed under load. In Run position, engine runs at weld/power speed.
Pull out choke and turn Engine Control switch to Start position. Release switch when engine starts. Slowly push in choke. If the engine does not start, let engine come to a complete stop before attempting restart.
Turn Engine Control switch to Off position.
