Auto Set automatically sets your welding machine to the proper parameters - hassle-free with no more guesswork. Welds the thickest material in its class, up to 5/16 in. during a single pass.

Smooth-Start - This is the best starting machine in the MIG category. Complete your jobs smooth and spatter-free. No more pop-gun starts or spatter to clean up.

Spool Gun Compatible - Weld from 18 gauge to 1/4 in. aluminum using the Miller Spoolmate 100 spool gun hooked up to a 100 auto-set.

Thermal Overload Protection - If the duty cycle is exceeded or the airflow is blocked it will automatically deactivate the unit turn on the over temperature light. Conveniently it automatically resets once the fault is corrected or the unit is cooled.

New Angled Durable Cast Aluminum Drive System - incorporates dual groove quick-change drive roll and spring-loaded tension arm with calibrated tension knob to make your setup quicker and easier. Angled drive for an easier feed and longer liner life.

“Tip Saver” Short Circuit Protection – Extend the life of your contact tips and protect internal components from damage. Automatically shuts down when tip is shorted to the work.
