Smart, Simple Systems Save Time
When you have a job to do, you need equipment that works as hard as you do. Focus on the task at hand with a welder that minimizes annoyance and maximizes safety. Providing up to 160 amps of power, the Maxstar 161 features Auto-line™ for input power from 120-240 V and no manual linking. You’re off to a good start with a digital meter for easy setup, and Hot Start™ adaptive control delivering positive, stick-free arc starts. Breaker tripping is greatly reduced, especially on 120 V, thanks to power factor corrected design.
