The Miller Syncrowave 250DX Welder is a proven TIG welder for the most demanding applications, including precision metal fabrication, light and heavy manufacturing, aerospace and shipbuilding.
The 250DX features Squarewave technology for arc stability when welding aluminum, effectively eliminating arc rectification and preventing tungsten erosion. Miller's Syncro Start allows the choice of Soft, Standard or Hot TIG starts, depending on your application, lead length and tungsten size. This welder also features last procedure recall. This simplifies changing your Syncrowave back and forth between aluminum TIG to stainless TIG or Stick welding. To ensure greater accuracy and repeatability of your welding procedures, the amperage, voltage and preset values are digitally displayed. And for good arc strikes with no sticking, the 250 DX has Miller's Adaptive Hot Start.
