How to install & set-up for DC TIG welding:
- Turn on machine.
Turn on machine using the ON/OFF switch (back of machine).
- Select the TIG function.
Select the TIG function with the TIG/STICK slector switch.
- Select DC.
Select DC using the AC?DC selector switch.
- Connect TIG torch.
Connect the TIG torch connector to the negative terminal and tighten it.
- Connect ground cable connector.
Connect the ground cable connector into the positive terminal and tighten it.
- Connect foot pedal remote.
Connect the foot pedal remote lead into the remote socket.
- Connect the torch gas connector.
Connect the torch gas connector into the gas receptacle.
- Connect gas regulator.
Connect gas regulator to the cylinder and connect gas line to the regulator.
- Open gas valve.
Carefully open the valve of the gas cylinder, set the flow to 15-25CFH (7-12LMN).
