Tailored for hard automation applications, the Lincoln Electric MAXsa® 22 Feed Head provides precise wire feeding for large-diameter submerged arc wires. Built on Lincoln's reliable gearbox and robust cast aluminum feed plate, this model features a high-torque 40VDC permanent magnet motor that provides excellent traction, capable of pushing solid wire up to 7/32 in. (5.6 mm) in diameter. Adjusting the gear ratio can reach impressive speeds of up to 500 ipm (12.7 m/min). Backed by Lincoln Electric 5-year warranty.
