Q - Does the cord only exit the front? A - No, it can be configured to exit the front, back or either side of the pedal.

Q - Is the plug included? A - Yes, it comes with a 20 ft cord and a 14-pin plug.

How to change cord location:

Remove bottom plate.
Turn unit upside down, and remove bottom plate.
Remove screw.
Remove screw that holds cord in its factory installed location.
Position cord in new spot.
Position cord in desired slot.
Slide strain relief in place.
Slide strain relief down cord and into slot to protect cord.
Secure cord.
Secure cord with screw in the same manner in which it came from the factory.
Reinstall plate.
Reinstall bottom plate.
