Product Questions and Answers
How to Change Conventional Liner:
- Remove Tip.
Remove nozzle, contact tip, and gas diffuser/retaining head and lay cable straight.
- Remove Liner.
Using a 10mm wrench, turn liner lock counterclockwise until it is free from the power pin. Remove liner.
- Insert New Liner.
With a straight cable, insert a new liner into the power pin and feed through the gun using short strokes to prevent kinks.
- Adjust and Tighten.
Twist liner clockwise as needed to correct it. Tighten into power pin with a 10 mm wrench.
- Trim to Size.
Trim to dimensions given by the owner’s manual and remove all burrs.
