To be used with the 3M Speedglas welding helmets series 9100 and 9100 AIR the 9100XXi kit (06-0000-30i-KIT) comes with two replacement parts. The 3M Speedglas Auto Darkening Filter 9100XXi and 3M Speedglas Silver Front Panel 9100XXi. The filter itself is a marvel of modern safety technology for welding, cutting, and gouging metals. It allows for improved visibility and recognition of colors while still remaining completely protected, and features the patented control from an easy user interface that enables the adjustment to be made simply even in bulky welding gloves. All by just grabbing and going to work with this helmets attachments is a possibility by it auto powering on/off through periods of use and unused. While at the same time ensuring that you get the exact level of shading you set it to along with the delay and sensitivity level being augmentable to ensure that you get the exact level of protection that YOU want, and as an added bonus you get the external front panel which allows for the fast and easy access of the controls to set the machine exactly as you wish if the automatic/memory modes you have set are not enough to get the job done the way that you would like it to be while at the same time protecting you from harmful sparks, spatter, and flame.
