The Miller #ML00994 (Small) and ML00995 (Large) are a half mask style respirator that features a low profile design that minimizes stagnant air held within the mask. Keeping the user comfortable and cool with a large non-return valve this mask makes breathing under the welding helmet a breeze while its slim shape allows it to fit underneath most welding helmets it also helps by simply staying below the field of view within the said helmet. These masks in particular are held to the face by four head straps that are completely customizable to allow the perfect fit to the head while not cutting into it with an integrated comfort cushion coming standard, and are made of medical quality non-allergenic, odor, latex, and silicone free material. This is what the mask is capable of however when it comes to filtration and keeping you safe this mask holds no quarter in its task.

Rated as filtering out 99.97% of airborne particulates such as solid dust, metal fumes, and metal mists such as; Hexavalent Chromium (Stainless Steel), Zinc Oxide (Galvanized Steel), Manganese, Aluminum, Nickel, Iron Oxide, Copper, Cadmium, Lead and Beryllium fumes. With the pleated filter of this mask being designed to allow for a large surface area to ease breathing resistance and extend each of the filters life with the maximization of this filters effectiveness being regardless of humidity, and it being highly resistant to oils.
