First off, let’s talk about the time it took to ship this item after ordering it. The shipping was SUPER quick I was actually surprised on how quick they got my package to me. Especially when I ordered a bunch of stuff since I have welding school starting in August I had to order everything that was on my tool requirement list from school. This welders backpack is extremely high quality! I was kinda worried about ordering from Welders Supply since I have never ordered from them. But after receiving all the items I ordered I was very impressed in their products. The backpack is spacious and you can just feel how sturdy this thing is. So I am only using this bag to carry my auto darking helmet, cutting mask, 2 of my 3XL welding shirts, a 3XL Tillerman Leather Welding jacket and my gloves. I mainly bought this bag to carry all my apparel for work/school. I have a separate small tool bag to carry all my tools which I kinda like having those things separate from my apparel. I wish there was a choice to post pictures on the reviews because I really want to show how amazing and huge this thing is. It can carry so much stuff.

Q - How much weight can this safely hold?
A - Users report 25 to 30 lbs with no problem, 45 is about the max and you should use both straps when picking it up with that much weight in it.
Q - Can you remove the helmet bag from the backpack?
A - Yes. it's easily removed.
Q - What is the lunchbox that Revco says comes with this?
A - It's a small insulated lunch bag about 5" x 10" x 10". It'll hold two sandwiches and a couple cans of soda.
